All my torts adore the flowers oft he appletree. They are eager for the petals which fall down.

This morning, like every year I truncated my apple tree so that it won't grow too high. Ususally I removed these bits and throw them away, but this year I wanted to see what would happen if I leave them on the ground for the torts. And of course what I had anticipated had happened: the torts were very happy about this. So anyone who does not use pesticides or any other chemicals on their trees, should try this and will surely have the same result. The torts really love the cut bits as an extra treat.
